You may cancel your order at any time before the resume transformation work begins. Once our success partner has collected your resume and work has commenced, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Before work begins: Full refund within 5–7 business days.
- After work has started: No cancellation or refund is available.
2. Refund Policy
We are committed to delivering high-quality resumes. Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Service not delivered: If we fail to deliver your resume within the promised 24–48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays) without prior communication, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Quality concerns: If the delivered resume does not meet the promised ATS-optimization standards, we will first offer a free revision. If the issue persists after revision, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
- Duplicate payment: In case of accidental double payment, the duplicate amount will be refunded promptly.
