MyProResume is a 100% digital service. No physical products are shipped. Your professionally transformed resume will be delivered electronically via email and/or WhatsApp.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Success Partner Contact: Within 2 hours of order placement, a dedicated success partner will reach out to you to collect your current resume.
- Resume Delivery: Your ATS-optimized, professionally designed resume will be delivered within 24–48 hours after we receive your current resume.
- Revision Delivery: Any requested revisions will be completed within 24 hours.
3. Delivery Format
Your final resume will be delivered in the following formats:
- PDF — Ready to upload on job portals and share with recruiters.
- DOCX — Editable format for future customizations.
4. Delivery Channels
The completed resume will be shared via the email address and/or mobile number you provided during the order process. Please ensure your contact details are accurate to avoid delivery delays.
5. Delays
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to:
- Incomplete or unclear information in your original resume.
- Delayed response from you when our success partner reaches out.
- High order volume during peak seasons.
If a delay occurs, we will notify you proactively with an updated timeline.
