Digital Delivery

MyProResume provides digital products only. All resumes and documents are delivered electronically via WhatsApp and email. There is no physical shipping involved.

Delivery Timeline

• First Draft: Within 1-2 business days of receiving your information
• Revisions: Within 24 hours of receiving feedback
• Final Delivery: Within 24 hours of approval

Delivery Format

Your completed resume will be delivered in:

• PDF format (ATS-optimized)
• Microsoft Word (.docx) format for future editing

Delivery Method

Documents will be sent via:

• WhatsApp (primary communication channel)
• Email (backup delivery method)

Delays

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to high order volume or complex requirements. We will notify you promptly if any delays are expected.
