Full Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• You request a refund within 7 days of receiving your first draft
• We fail to deliver within the promised timeframe
• The delivered work does not match the service description

Partial Refund

A 50% refund may be issued if you cancel after work has begun but before the first draft is delivered.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Request made after 30 days of final delivery
• You provided inaccurate or incomplete information that affected the final product
• You have used the resume for job applications

Revision Alternative

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to utilize our unlimited revision policy. Our writers will work with you until you're completely satisfied.
