Our Commitment

At MyProResume, we back every order with a 100% money-back guarantee — but only against our own failure to deliver. Once we deliver a completed resume, the service has been rendered in full, and we do not offer refunds based on personal preference or change of mind.

When You Are Eligible for a Full Refund

A full refund is issued exclusively if we fail to deliver your resume. Specifically:

  • We do not deliver your resume within the promised timeframe
  • We are unable to complete your order for any reason on our end

What Is Not Refundable

Once your resume has been delivered, the service is considered complete. Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction with the style, tone, or formatting choices
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Requests made after the resume has been used for job applications
  • Issues arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you

Our Format & Revision Policy

We use a proprietary resume format optimized to pass Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). This format is non-negotiable and applies to all orders. Requests to change the layout, design, or structure to a different format are outside the scope of our service and will not be accommodated.

Revisions are limited to the information and role you provided at the time of your order. Our writers will refine the content to better reflect your background — at no extra cost — but revisions do not extend to new roles, additional positions, or content outside your original submission. If your requirements change, a new order will be required.

How to Request a Refund

If we have not delivered your resume, email us at brandscolossal@gmail.com with your order details. We will review and process eligible requests within 5–7 business days.
